CHRISTMAS SHOE BOX

This is the time of year we have the opportunity to fill shoe boxes with gifts for a child in another country through Samaritan's Purse sponsored by Franklin Graham. See information about the boxes on the table in the foyer at the back of the sanctuary.

You can :

1. Donate items for boxes. Put the items in the Nursing Mom's Room or give to Mae on Sunday.

2. Help fill boxes on Saturday, October 29, at 10am (new date) in the fellowship hall. Everyone is welcome! 

3. Pack a complete shoe box (or use a plastic box) and bring it to church greeting area BY Sunday, October 30.

LIGHT THE NIGHT!

Light the Night is Monday October 31, 4-6 pm @ the Crescent Harbor shelter.

Pastor Steve still needs 2 men to put up tarps Monday morning.  He's also still in need of some portable shop lights.  Contact him if you can help in either of those areas.
We will begin decorating around 1pm on Monday.  If you have some free time and can come help, you would be MOST welcome! 
If you weren't able to sign up to help, but find yourself available Monday afternoon/evening from 4 to 6, come on by and we'll put you to work.  What a great opportunity to minister to our community in such a fun way.  You don't want to miss being a part of it!!
Be sure to tell your friends, family and co-workers about the event.  AND, don't forget to bring your candy this Sunday!!
