Camp Quest is at Rainbow Glacier Camp in Haines, Alaska. This years theme is "Rev it Up!" You don't want to miss this amazing time as the kids from all over southeast "START THEIR ENGINES" in worship, prayer, and building long lasting friendships.

Early Registration $205. by JULY 8. After July 8, it is $225. Please register early so that Pastor Kelly can make ferry reservations for you!

They will offer a Sports Camp VBS July 18 - 21, 9:00 - 2:30 daily

At the Keet Shelter

PreRegistration Sunday, July 17, 5:00-8:00 with Games and Food

The age range is 6-12 years.

To Honor the Ministry Team

Friday, July 15th, will be the team's free day, as they will be spending days doing work around our church on the other days besides our Sports Camp. They will be taken on guided hikes, visiting around our town, and having a camp fire at the HPR Rec area. We have enough people to lead the hiking but could still use some people to hang out and show people around town. We will also need some firewood for the camp fire.

STILL SOME NEEDS: a few volunteers to show some of them around town....

Vacation Bible School


Mega BIG THANKS to our two volunteers to help Pastor Kelly at Vacation Bible School. Thank you Mae Dunsing AND Noah Vaden. You two are awesome. We know that we have lots of working adults in our congregation, but if you are available, there remains a BIG need!


Summer Vacation Bible School...Pandamania!

A wild celebration of God's unconditional love! At PandaMania VBS, kids will discover that God has a purpose and a plan for everyone and that he crafted each of us with his own loving hands.



This is a PRE notice so that you can place this on your summer calendar. Registration forms are available at the church or contact Pastor Kelly for more information!



There are specific needs that we'd like to ask for help from our congregation:


1. Someone to help at the check in and registration table on Monday morning, August 1.


2. A crossing guard adult to help in the transition between the churches for stations.


3. Crew Leaders for each station.....which means going with groups of children to all five stations..snack, Bible Adventure time, games, Chadder's movie time, and crafts - helping with supervision and helping the station leader in whatever is needed. We always do need more help with the younger children, too.


4. There are some ITEMS that are needed:


Artificial vines, leaves, flowers to go with our Panda theme to help with our decorating the sanctuary.

15 long cardboard tubes ( paper towel rolls or wrapping paper rolls)
