We would like to thank each and every family and individuals that volunteered tirelessly every Sunday to provide lunch for the students after the morning worship service. You just don't know what a difference that might have made for each of those students, and we are sure that it did impact their lives. A SPECIAL BIG THANK YOU to Elise Shephard for giving her time every Sunday to stay with the students AND for all that she does for them including Bible Studies. THANKS Elise! A special thanks to our own teens for making these students feel welcome in our church and for interacting with them.
Upon reflection, we have so many to thank for the success of the 2011 Easter Egg Hunt! We know that this was Pastor Kelly's FIRST Egg Hunt to direct and thank you Pastor Kelly for your awesome leadership! Thank you to her core helpers, Lisa Baugher and Karina Holst! You gals pulled off a really big event. We know that you have reviewed the events of the day and are already thinking NEXT YEAR! Comments from the community continue to roll in! It could not have been possible without the many, many helpers from our congregation! Thank you, thank you!

A Special Remembrance of Mothers
When we look to Mother's Day, we each view the day and its celebration in our own ways. For most of us, we honor our own mothers...those with us and in memory of those that have passed away. It is a time for reflection. If you have a Mom somewhere, feel blessed, be thankful, and give that Mom a special call or a special hug on that special day!
And to all you MOMS out there, Happy Mother's Day!!
The 8:30 am Sunday School class will be cancelled for the summer and will resume this fall! Enjoy the sunshine!!
